The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo – Review

So I found that this movie like the original in 2009 is almost the same movie. Not much of original thought with this one. The graphic rape scene I think could have been left out and just implied in my opinion.

The movie trailer for this was all the good parts of the movie.

There isn’t a lot of fighting going on here. More just a really good mystery movie you could have gotten from the 2009 film. The 2011 film just brings in known name actors to play the roles. Much of the dialog is the same.

So I’m not saying you shouldn’t watch this movie. I would say that if you want a good mystery movie then this is it. The other stuff didn’t really need to be there.

I do think that the 2009 movie and the 2011 movie are equally story telling.
The actors from either movie are excellent.

But over all I like the 2011 movie better. They do add some extra scenes that are in the book to make it a more complete story.
